Good morning Mr. Chairman and members of the Committee. I am Barbara Dahlen, MS, RM, FNP, Assistant Coordinator of the Recruitment and Retention of American Indians into Nursing (RAIN) Program which comes under the Quentin N. Burdick Indian Health Programs at the University of North Dakota.
