Abstract:

This is a letter of support from The Two-Spirit Council of Wichita, Kansas for the continuation of Title V Urban Indian Health Care funds which have been slated to drop to zero funding in your FY2007 Budget. The Wichita Two-Spirit Council is made up of Native American men and women who base our beliefs on the traditional American Indian teachings that all people have worth. We educate the people about HIV I AIDS prevention and encourage respect for all, and encourage each other to be honorable helpers of the people.
