Purpose of workgroup:

The Facilities needs workgroup was established by the Director of the Indian Health Service (IHS) at the request of the Facilities Appropriation Adivisory Board (FAAB). This Workgroup will examine important questions and develop specific recomendations related to two congressional initiatives or inquiries that have recently occured. Those Congressional concerns are:
