This letter to tribal leaders was shared by the Department of Health and Human Services to share the 2008 Tribal Consultation Report which was developed in accordance with the HHS Tribal Consultation Policy. This report details a wide array of tribal consultation activities by HHS, its agencies, and its regional offices during fiscal year 2008.
