Abstract:

AMENDMENT TO THE AMENDMENT IN THE NATURE OF A SUBSTITUTE TO H.R. 3200

1 (14) INDIAN.The term Indian has the meaning given such term in section 4 of the Indian Health Care Improvement Act (24 U.S.C. 1603).

(15) INDIAN HEALTH CARE PROVIDER.The term Indian health care provider means a health care program operated by the Indian Health Service, an Indian tribe, tribal organization, or urban Indian organization as such terms are defined in section 4 of the Indian Health Care Improvement Act (2510 U.S.C. 1603).
