Abstract: On behalf of the Department of Health of Human Services and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services (SAMHSA), I would like to invite you to participate in a formal Tribal consultation. SAMHSA seeks your input in the development of a Memorandum of Agreement and on the Tribal Action Plan as they relate to the Tribal Law and Order Act of 2010 (TLOA).
