The following section provides a brief but detailed description of each of NCUIH’s member programs. The information has been divided by Regions and by State to improve the readability of the document. The first part shows a chart with a breakdown of the services provided per region and per clinic, the second part provides a narrative explanation of the UIHP; the third section shows a chart with specific traditional services provided by each member.
