Tribal Leaders agree with Chairman Baucus's Proposal to augment funding for the Indian Health Services and concur with his observation that "IHS desperately needs additional funding. It is impossible to keep America's promise to provide health care to Native Americans and Alaska Natives with the current level of IHS funding"
